杨希雪（1936~），出生于中国广东信宜市，曾任英国东方美术家协会会长，现任英国诗书画学会会长。
一生执意于艺术探索，创有全方位观景理论，独特的纸团染印综合技法体系、水彩画的晶体溶解排斥法体系及一系列作品，包括全方山水、全方观鱼、全方观花系列。其特点是寓抽象与具象、微观与宏观于一体。画面的可分割性，宾主角色的可变性，时空大小在感受上的不局限性，使不同的观景角度都有不同的新鲜感受。
诗书画作品多次应邀于北京、上海、南京、深圳、大连、广州、肇庆、伦敦、韩国及新加坡等地参加国际性大展，作品被世界各国收藏达两千幅。1998年以8个月时间，创作完成《文化五千》世界长卷，长卷曾展出于伦敦、剑桥及格林士比市，并被收入吉尼斯世界记录。2002年获当时访英的全国政协主席李瑞环先生单独约见，并交换艺术心得，获高度赞扬。2008年6月14日，英女王授予MBE大英帝国服务勋章，以表彰其历年来对中国艺术和社区所作出的贡献。其艺术活动讯息常获新华社、英国BBC、美联社等世界各大媒体跟踪报导。出版有《杨希雪中国山水论文集》、《杨希雪抽象艺术变革》等书刊，并将出版《杨希雪油画探索及技法》。
Hai Shuet Yeung(1936- ),was born in Guangdong province of China.He used to be a Chairman of “Oriental Artists Association of the UK”,and now, he is current chairman of “Poem Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the UK”.
